Onpilot is an embeddable AI agent platform. Create an agent in the dashboard, connect a knowledge source or integration, then embed the widget on your site with a single script tag or install our React SDK.

Most teams get a working agent live in under an hour. If you're stuck on setup, the dashboard has a guided checklist, and you can always book a call with us for a walkthrough.

Plans are billed monthly in USD. Usage is measured in model tokens (input and output), which are shown on every conversation in the dashboard. You can top up token packs at any time.

Invoices, receipts, and plan changes are managed from Settings > Billing in the dashboard.

Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in-app chat work out of the box. For CRMs and other tools, share your API documentation — we connect it for you.

Credentials are encrypted and scoped to your workspace. Only your agent can use them.

Widget not appearing: double-check the script tag is before </body> and the agent ID matches the one in your dashboard.

Integration returning errors: confirm the credentials in Settings > Integrations are still valid — expired OAuth tokens are the most common cause.

Unexpected answers: add or refine the knowledge sources your agent uses, and review the conversation transcript to see which sources were cited.
