Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Onpilot AI Inc. Terms of Service and applies to all customers, authorized users, end users, agents, applications, API integrations, and other uses of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version always governs your use of the Services.
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the conduct of their authorized users and for the applications, agents, workflows, and end-user experiences they create or operate through the Services. Customers must take reasonable steps to prevent and address violations of this Policy.
2. Sexually Explicit & Exploitative Content
You may not use the Services to generate, request, store, transmit, publish, or facilitate:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content intended primarily for sexual arousal;
- Explicit descriptions or depictions of sexual acts, genital activity, fetish activity, sexual exploitation, or sexual violence;
- Sexual content involving minors, persons presented as minors, or persons whose age is unclear;
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, or any sexualization or exploitation of children;
- Non-consensual intimate content or sexualized depictions of identifiable individuals;
- Sexual content involving animals or non-human creatures when presented as explicit sexual activity.
Legitimate medical, safety, legal, educational, or protective discussions may be permitted when they are non-exploitative and reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
3. Circumvention & Manipulation of Safeguards
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, probe, reverse-engineer, or evade any safety system, moderation control, access restriction, rate limit, security measure, or provider policy.
Prohibited conduct includes jailbreak prompts, prompt injection, hidden or encoded instructions, deliberate misspellings or translations intended to evade detection, repeated reformulation of blocked requests, and instructing an agent to ignore or override system or safety instructions.
Security research is permitted only with Onpilot's prior written authorization and within the scope of an approved security-testing program. See our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
4. Other Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, harassment, credible threats, hateful abuse, exploitation, human trafficking, self-harm assistance, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, or other conduct that creates a material risk of harm to Onpilot, its users, third parties, or the public.
5. Enforcement
Onpilot may block prompts or outputs, restrict features, rate-limit usage, require corrective action, suspend access, or terminate an account when Onpilot reasonably believes this Policy has been violated.
In determining the appropriate action, Onpilot may consider the severity of the conduct, whether harm occurred or was likely, whether the violation was deliberate, previous violations, attempts to circumvent safeguards, and the customer's cooperation.
Severe violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. Repeated violations or attempts to evade enforcement may result in permanent account termination. Onpilot will provide notice when reasonably possible, except where immediate action is necessary to protect users, third parties, the Services, or comply with law.
6. Reporting & Appeals
Suspected violations may be reported to security@onpilot.ai. A customer may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting that address and providing relevant account and incident information.
